Students will learn to apply geographic information systems technology (GIST) principles and engage with cartographic design, computer programming, remote sensing techniques, spatial analysis and modeling, web and mobile development, and Esri’s latest software. This online bachelor's program prepares students to find jobs in what the U.S. Department of Labor calls a high-growth industry related to science, technology, engineering and math.

GIST students will be using ArcGIS Pro, which requires a Windows-based computer. Check your computer's ability to run ArcGIS Pro 2.0.
