Arizona Online ranked in top 10 by US News & World Report

The Eller College of Management's MBA program offered through Arizona Online earned another top-10 mark in the rankings, tying for No. 9 overall and tying for No. 6 among public universities. Arizona Online tied for No. 6 overall in its bachelor's program for business and tied for No. 7 overall in the best online MBA programs for veterans. Arizona Online had top-20 rankings in the business subspecialties of marketing (tied for No. 7), business analytics (tied for No. 13) and general management (tied for No. 15).
Arizona Online's computer information technology graduate programs – which include information systems, computer science, computer engineering and software engineering – tied for No. 5 overall and tied for No. 3 among public universities. These programs are offered through the Eller College of Management, the College of Science and the College of Engineering.
The following Arizona Online programs also earned strong marks:
- Psychology (tied for No. 12 overall and tied for No. 10 among public institutions)
- Engineering (tied for No. 34 overall and tied for No. 23 for veterans)
- Master's in education (tied for No. 37 overall – a four-spot jump from last year)
"It has been exciting to witness the growth of Arizona Online over these last eight years," said Liesl Folks, senior vice president for academic affairs and provost. "Our primary goal is to prepare students for successful careers by providing access to quality education and keeping the human interaction at the forefront of the online learning experience."
In fall 2022, Arizona Online enrolled more than 8,100 students in undergraduate and graduate programs – an increase of more than 800 students from the previous year. Many Arizona Online students are adults who work full time, parents who seek the flexibility of online courses or active military personnel who require the ability to study from wherever they are stationed or deployed.

"As more students pursue online educational opportunities, we will continue to explore ways in which we can provide students with high-quality, innovative learning experiences."
