This certificate will prepare you to successfully take on leadership roles such as supervisor, project lead, manager, as well as executive management roles in any industry. The certificate signals to employers that you have the leadership and managerial skills to lead people and projects in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. The certificate is also beneficial if you work in a technical field or earned a technical degree and want to strengthen your communication and decision-making skills.
