Evolve your strategic thinking skills by examining all facets of leadership – from leaders to followers to contextual influences. Course topics covered include organizational behavior, decision-making and team building. These theory-based courses also focus on the practical application of knowledge.
Real-world application of theory lends unique insight into leadership techniques and a deep understanding of organizational processes. You will have the opportunity to engage in experiential learning activities and apply your classroom learning to real-world challenges. Internships, independent studies, research labs and capstone projects will help you hone your on-the-job skills, setting you on a path for success.
